Your motorcycle must be registered to ride on Queensland roads. Make sure your registration label is attached on the left hand side or rear of your motorcycle and can be clearly seen from six metres away.
You can renew, transfer or cancel your motorcycle registration on the Queensland Transport website.
Did you know the number of motorcycle registrations in Queensland has grown by 28 per cent in the last two years?
There are also almost five times as many licensed motorcycle riders in Queensland as there are motorcycle registrations. So there are a great many riders who keep their licences current, but may not ride regularly on the road.
